Slash Does “Paradise” with Fergie

Wednesday Slash released a two-song single featuring Cyprus Hill and Fergie on the Guns n’ Roses classic “Paradise City.” Although Slash praises Fergie as “a screamer at heart” this bastardized version will only be released in Japan and will not appear on Slash’s upcoming solo project “Sahara.” Still, why Slash? Why?

Donald Glover stars in the NBC sitcom Community alongside Joel McHale and Chevy Chase as Troy, a former high school football star trying to reinvent himself. Along with his work on Community Glover has worked as a staff writer on 30 Rock, and does stand-up and improv around New York City. This fall he’ll star in Mystery Team, his first feature, which he also co-wrote and produced. Community airs on Thursdays 8/7c. on NBC.

Television’s Richard Lloyd One Night Special

Television’s Richard Lloyd will be performing Nov. 12 at Webster Hall!!
Lloyd left the influential ’70s punk band Television in the summer of 2007 and was replaced with Johnny Ripp. Television’s fist album “Marquee Moon” was number 128 on Rolling Stone’s 2003 list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
