M.I.A., the queen of hipster zaniness, will be making her first appearances of 2010 during July’s HARD LA and HARD NYC festivals.  She’ll be supported by Sleigh Bells, Rye Rye, Ninjasonik, Theophilus London, and Destructo, to name just a few.
