Polvo will release their new album In Prism on September 8th via Merge Records. In Prism is their first studio album since 1997's Shapes. It's almost like the Chinese Democracy of indie rock, except they haven't actually been recording it since 1997. Polvo reformed in 2008 when Explosions in the Sky asked them perform at ATP.
